• Will there ever be a Version 1.0?

• Will 1.0 be released on paper?

Perhaps but due to that actions of an outside group.

• What is the status of stable versions?

• Earlier implementations, eg at Citizendium

• How will the project address perceptions/realities about "quality"?

By getting people to realise that most other claims to be reliable are little better.
