How many English language articles in 2010?
In Wikipedia's early days, the number of articles grew exponentially. This exponential growth continued steadily until about mid-2006 when it gradually started slowing. If the current deceleration curve continues, we should have right around 3 million English article by 2010. (See [1])

When will Chinese Wikipedia be unblocked?
Unlikely very soon, as there are commercial interests in having local companies benefit from doing their own "encyclopedias" like Baidu Baike.
Wikipedia is around #10 on the Alexa rankings... can it go higher?
Is Wikipedia growth destined to hit the top of S-curve? Hard to imagine it will go higher than the megaportals like Yahoo, Microsoft, Google, but others possibly!
Doubtful. If anything it is going to drop sightly. Wikipedia doesn't tend to do so well against social networking sites and there are various of those still in their growth phase.
